Instructions: Use this form to request court documents from cases filed in Walton County, Florida. Additional inquiries can be submitted to ClerkRecords@WaltonClerkFL.Gov.

Walk-In Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding court observed holidays.

Processing Time: Requests are typically processed within up to 3 business days, depending on the volume and complexity of the case(s) requested, starting from the date the request is received.

Cost: We will notify you of any cost prior to processing the request. Cashier's check, personal check, money order, credit card, or cash are accepted.

Copies: $1.00 per page.
Search Fee: $2.00 per year.
Certification Fee: $2.00 per document
