ELECTRONIC APPEARANCE REQUESTS

Petitioners have the right to participate in a Value Adjustment Board hearing remotely using electronic equipment in accordance with Rule 12D-9.001, Florida Administrative Code.

Petitioners who wish to participate remotely should submit the appropriate request form to the VAB Clerk by the applicable deadline listed for their hearing date. Remote hearings will be conducted using the electronic platform designated by the Walton County Value Adjustment Board.
